Nathan Phillips Square construction continues: The washroom/skate rental/elevator building has been ripped down and its replacement is going up and the Peace Garden/Eternal Flame have also been removed, apparently the flame was just temporary. Here is a shot of the Peace Garden dismantling going on during winter. You can check out the winning design here.
